4.9.1 Scheduling SYNC

Server can be scheduled to SYNC with cucm everyday or every week, to schedule SYNC job please follow the instruction.

!Sync job takes around 5-10 min and during sync process the service can not be used, please make sure Sync job is scheduled after office hours.

Using Portal (Available in version 4.1.1 and above)

• Logon to Admin Portal
• System Management->Jobs->Schedule Jobs->Add
  
• Enter the Job details and click on save
  

Using CLI

• Open server terminal.
• Login as akkadianuser/akkadianpassword

1. From main menu select 4
   
2. Select option 2
   

1. Select option 7
   

1. Follow the instructions to setup the Sync job.
