4.8.4 Operator Service

Unlocking the locked-out operators.

By default CUCM systems block the users tied to operators that have tried to logging more than 3 times.
In order to avoid this lock, aco server will prevent the situation and will block the operators than have tried more than 3 times before reaching the CUCM lock.
In order to unlock these kind of operators please check this page.

*If operator is locked out from Web Console by trying multiple unsuccessful login tries. Admin user can unlock them.

!if operator is locked out at CUCM side or LDAP side, please unlock them from CUCM or LDAP.
