This report presents the amount of tranferred calls. It shown a chart and a table with the total calls and date time(UTC).

  1. Go to Console Management => Reports.
  2. Go to Call trends reports section and select “Tranferred”.
  3. Select the filters: group, operator, and time period between the options: Hourly, Daily, Last 4 week or Last 3 months.
  4. Click on “run report” to see the result.
