The Call Summary Report presents amount of calls that are inbound and outbounds. The type of calls shown are the following:

  • Hold.
  • Parked
  • Transfer
  • Total Calls

The report shown a chart and a table with the same kind of calls and the avergare time on hold and date time(UTC).

  1. Go to Console Management => Reports.
  2. Go to Call trends reports section and select “Call summary report”.
  3. Select the filters: group, operator, and time period between the options: Hourly, Daily, Last 4 week or Last 3 months.
  4. Click on “run report” to see the result.
