The Call Summary Report presents amount of calls that are inbound and outbounds. The type of calls shown are the following:
- Hold.
- Parked
- Transfer
- Total Calls
The report shown a chart and a table with the same kind of calls and the avergare time on hold and date time(UTC).
- Go to Console Management => Reports.
- Go to Call trends reports section and select “Call summary report”.
- Select the filters: group, operator, and time period between the options: Hourly, Daily, Last 4 week or Last 3 months.
- Click on “run report” to see the result.
