1. Edit Contact

Upon clicking on the contact’s name, an edit page of the contact’s data is displayed. Make the changes in the contact record where appropriate. When you are finished, click save to keep the changes made or cancel if you do not want the changes kept.

2. Remove Contact

To remove the contact from the database, click delete and confirm with ‘Yes’. Be very careful when taking this action. Deleting a contact here removes the contact from the database permanently. If you wish to remove the contact’s relationship with a location or project, please do so in the location or project components.

3. Copy Contact

When entering contacts from the same organization or with same addresses, use the duplicate function for quick data entry.
