The autodialer initiates the emergency call, provides dial tones, but does not establish the call.

1º- Check the GSR line output.

2º- Check autodialer without phone line

3º- Verify that all the parameters affecting the emergency call functionality are correctly configured. (Refer to the autodialer manual)

  • There may be settings within the autodialer configuration, such as microphone and speaker volumes, communication protocols, call duration times, and number of rings, that are not set correctly.

4º- The autodialer does not have emergency numbers configured.

  • Check the autodialer configuration to ensure that the emergency numbers are not left empty.

5º- The autodialer has incorrectly configured emergency numbers.

  • Verify that the emergency numbers in the autodialer settings are correct.
