If corrective actions have been performed and the GSR exhibits the following conditions:
The power LED is on, but:
- It still does not acquire network coverage.
- It does not respond to SMS commands.
- It does not supply analog telephone line on the telephone output.
- It does not behave as expected in telealarm mode.
- It does not communicate with the control panel.
A factory reset can be performed by pressing the SMART button between 15 to 60 seconds. Once button is released, all LEDs will blink to indicate that the factory reset has started on the device.
If the equipment does not function properly after a factory reset, contact Support for replacement the GSR.
