Withdrawals & Refunds Policy
We are committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and student-centered refund policy in compliance with ACCET standards and Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development requirements.

Cancellation & Full Refund Eligibility
Students may request a full 100% refund under the following conditions:
• The request is made within three (3) business days of purchase, and
• The student has completed no more than 5% of the enrolled course.
If eligible, a full refund will be issued within 30 calendar days of the request. Once refunded, the student forfeits all rights to access, download, distribute, or use any course materials or learning content.

Refunds – Online Programs
If a student withdraws after the 3-day window or after exceeding 5% of course progress, refunds will be issued according to the following structure:
• 0% – 25% of Program Completed: 25% refund of tuition
• 26% – 50% of Program Completed: 10% refund of tuition
• Over 51% of Program Completed: No refund
Progress is based on actual course content accessed and/or completed by the student, as recorded in the learning management system.

Refunds – Residential (In-Person) Programs
For in-person programs, refunds will be issued as follows if the student withdraws after the 3-day cancellation period or completes more than 5% of the program:
• 0% – 25% of program attended: 25% refund of tuition
• 26% – 50% of program attended: 10% refund of tuition
• Over 51% of program attended: No refund

The date of determination (DOD) is the date the student notifies the school of their intent to withdraw or the date the school administratively withdraws the student. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days. Students receiving a refund must discontinue use and access of all materials provided.

Any additional charges (housing, meals, materials) will be refunded based on the portion used and must be clearly itemized in the enrollment agreement.

Additional Charges
If applicable, any non-tuition charges (e.g., textbooks, kits, software, or housing fees):
• Must be clearly disclosed and itemized at time of enrollment
• Will only be non-refundable if the materials were distributed and attributable to the portion of the program attended

Policy Abuse Clause
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected abuse of the refund policy. This clause applies only to cases of fraud or bad faith activity. It does not affect a student’s legitimate right to request a refund under the published policy.

Refund Processing Timeline
All refunds will be calculated and processed within 30 calendar days of the date of cancellation or withdrawal (date of determination), in compliance with ACCET’s required maximum of 45 days.
