Syncing between the LINKcloud and LINKbridge

!Syncing devices and their properties to the LINKcloud requires an active subscription. If you’ve not already done so, follow the steps here to obtain the subscription.

After successfully setting up the subscription, you can now set what information you want to sync between the LINKbridge and LINKcloud.

By default, key vessel information such as name, profile image and a list of devices will automatically sync. To be able to receive additional device information on the LINKcloud you need to enable sync on those devices.

To choose which devices you want to sync, first go to your vessel in the LINKcloud, then from your vessel dashboard select Devices then click Edit in the top right corner. It is from here that you can edit all settings to do with devices. To enable sync for a device, simply turn the toggle on against that device in the sync column:

Clicking the downward arrow on the far right expands the device to reveal all available properties of the device (bits of information that we are receiving associated in the device). You can choose to enable or disable sync on each individual property. This can be useful if you know that some of the data is invalid or never going to be used, or relates to something not installed.
