Deleting a Vessel from LINKcloud

In order to delete a vessel it first has to be unpaired from a LINKbridge (see Unpairing a LINKbridge from a Vessel). Once your vessel is no longer associated with a LINKbridge, navigate to your vessel dashboard and then click Edit it the top right:

*The easy way of telling whether your vessel is paired or not is to go to your Vessel Dashboard and look at the top right corner. If your vessel is not paired a “Pair LINKbridge” button will appear.

After clicking Edit you will now see an option for “Delete Vessel” – click Delete Vessel to start the process of permanently removing a vessel:

!Deleting a vessel is a permanent step which cannot be undone. This will remove any data that you have synced to the LINKcloud.

After clicking Delete Vessel, a window will appear for you to request a code. This step is here to avoid accidental or unauthorised deletion:

*Only users with permissions to manage vessels will receive this code. Permissions information can be found on you Vessel Dashboard > Access

You will be emailed a code to confirm the deletion of the vessel:

Enter this code into the window displayed on the LINKcloud to finish removing the vessel.
