The Device Property Detail screen in VIEW mode shows all properties of the device that have the SYNC toggle set to ON only. To see all the properties of the device EDIT mode should be selected by clicking the EDIT button.

This screen shows the current values of the properties, if a property is controllable, if the property has an alert level set and the current status of the properties.

If a device property is controllable selecting the property then scrolling to the bottom of the screen will allow setting of the property value.

Edit Device

The EDIT DEVICE button allows editing of device level settings for the current device.

Device Property Detail 4

Ctrl : If this toggle is off no properties on this device can be controlled. This would normally be off for a vessel that only requires monitoring.
Notification : If toggle is off notification for this device will not be sent to the user. Notification toggle is set at per user level.

These properties can also be controlled from the toggles on the main Device Property Detail screen, along with the Sync property:

Sync : if this toggle is off no device or property values or settings for this device will be synced to the cloud.

Edit Device Properties

Name : The name for the property on the device.
Unit : The value unit the property is using. This is shown on Simple Devices, Touchscreen, mobileApp and MFD.
Sync to Cloud : Sync the value and settings of this property to the cloud. Used in conjunction with Sync at device level.
Log Activity : Keep a log of the device property values over time for use with analytics.
Show in Device Summary : Show this value next to the device in the Advance Device List for quick reference.

Advance Device Property settings

Group : Device Property Groups allow the user to group device properties for quick reference. Properties can be added to an existing group or a new group can be created by typing a new name into this input.
Multiplier : The current value of the property is multiplied by the value of this setting. This setting will only effect manually added properties or properties from a LINKio device. This is generally used where a property value is reported as an in but is a decimal and needs to be multiplied by 0.001
Offset : The value of this setting will be added to the current value of the property. This setting will only effect manually added properties or properties from a LINKio device.
Calibration : Calibration allows the user to define a curve and apply it to the property value. This is often used for defining non-linear tanks.
Normal/Invert : This toggle will is use with 0/1 properties and will switch the property value. This is often used with doors and hatches that return 1 as closed when 0 is expected.
