There are two ways to print Personal Property Renditions

Before printing renditions user should:

  • UPDATE Trend Table (ONLY if county did Process Pending in October/November AFTER Tax Roll but BEFORE the trends were updated in December)
  • RECALCULATE the file
  • REVIEW each form’s parameters to ensure the report prints correctly.

For further guidance on Report Manager Reports parameters:
OTC Form 901 (Business Personal)
OTC Form 901P (Business Petroleum)
OTC Form 924 (Individual IOLL)
OTC Form 924B (Boat Docks)
OTC Form 935MH (Personal Mobile Home)

Note: 901, 901P, 924, 924B will have the contact email and phone number from the appraisal file and then from the ownership Name ID.

Printing all Personal Property Types In Mass

Create an Index

Assessment File — Order — Index

CLICK Create
CLICK Temporary Index

Parcel Status >0
Type PERSONAL in second type field

CLICK the Run Button
CLICK Save & Run
CLICK Exit

Users may Sort the Index.
Order — Sort
User may sort however they like.

This example is sorted by Source Codes then Owner’s name:
DOUBLE-CLICK on SourceCode
DOULE-CLICK on OwnersName
To make them appear in Selected Fields box.
By putting Source Code first, it ensures printed parcels will be sorted by Type (IOLL, Business, Petro, etc) first, THEN each type will be put in alphabetical order by Owner’s Name.
CLICK OK

CHECK Sort Ascending box
CLICK Continue to Sort the Index as requested.

To Print
File — Print — Valuation Notice — PP Rendition
Select appropriate outputs.
CLICK Continue
