To attach a new image to one account, go to

Edit – Attach Image

Or while in Edit mode, go to the Attachments Tab and CLICK on Attach Image

The Add New Image box will appear.

Image ID: This number is automatically assigned by the system.
Account: This is the account number of the parcel that the image will be attached to.
Appr ID: This is the appraisal ID that the image will be linked to. If there is more than one appraisal record with this account, each appraisal record can have its own image.
User ID: This is the user ID that uploaded the image.
User Code: This is the user code who added the image.
Image Name: Drop the box down to select an image from the File Explorer Brower to upload.
Date Added: This is the date the image was uploaded.
Description: This is a user-defined field to name the image.
Primary Assessment: If the image is selected to be the primary assessment, it will show first on all reports that print. An account may only have one Primary Assessment Image.
Primary Appraisal Image: The Primary Appraisal Image will print on the appraisal reports. This can either be the same or different than the Primary Assessment Image. An account may have more than one Primary Appraisal Image if there is more than one appraisal record linked to the account. Each Appraisal Record can have its own Primary Appraisal Image.
Archived Image: An Archived Image will still be available to view; however, it will not print on any reports or on the website.
Is Private If checked, image will not export on the export image process. These images will not display on the website.

In the County Information Table: IF Mapview-Only Primary Images IS CHECKED, System Images, Primary Assessment and Primary Appraisal Images WILL be on the website, all other records will not.

Image preferences may be changed in the Attachments Tab by right-clicking on the image and choosing properties or other action.
Open— to view image.

Properties — to open Add New Image box to review/change image info or preferences.
