Personal Property Module

To go to the Personal Property File from the Main Menu, go to Appraisal — Personal Property

To go to the Personal Property File from the Assessment File, go to Appraisal—View Appraisal Record

The Personal Property Module will open.

There are seven basic types of Personal Property that are defined in the Parcel File:
• Mobile Homes
• Business Personal Property
• Agriculture Personal Property
• Petroleum
• Individual Personal Property
• IOLL (Improvements on Leased Land)
• Boat Docks

Each of these types of Properties have their own OTC assigned rendition forms and will print the OTC 926P Valuation Notice. These property types are all defined in the Source Table.
