Personal property schedule items can be sorted differently for each account. By default this will be appid, year aquired, and item code. The default may be seen in red in the upper right of the Schedule Info tab in the Personal Property Appraisal File and in the County Information Table, at the bottom under Schedule Listing Sort.)
To Change the Sorting Default
GO to the County Information Table
CLICK the Edit Mode Button
CLICK vertical dots to the left of current default under Schedule Listing Sort
The field selection box will open.
SELECT the fields by double clicking, in the order you want the items to sort.
After changing you will need to recalculate the personal property file for the sort to be applied to all records.
EXIT and SAVE changes.
To sort an individual account differently:
OPEN the account
SELECT Order — Schedule Item Sort — Set Sort Order
The field selection box will open. Choose fields by double clicking in the order you want the items to sort.
If you want to reset the sort to the system default, select Reset Sort Order.
