To ensure synchronization with EPC, use the designated Synchronization with EPC application.

  • How to Access:
    • Navigate to the menu bar and click on Admin App.
    • Hover over User Management in the dropdown menu.
    • Select Synchronization with EPC from the subsequent options.

In this application, administrators can synchronize departments, users, and/or roles with EPC.
