To ensure synchronization with EPC, use the designated Synchronization with EPC application.
- How to Access:
- Navigate to the menu bar and click on Admin App.
- Hover over User Management in the dropdown menu.
- Select Synchronization with EPC from the subsequent options.
In this application, administrators can synchronize departments, users, and/or roles with EPC.
