4.2.2. Execute Training – Streamlined Documentation Management

To enhance the Read Documentation phase of the Execute Training task, the following improvements have been implemented:

1. Unified Documentation Grid

The Read Documentation accordion now displays all primary EPC documentation in a single grid, consolidating EPC rules, documents, and processes. This enhancement simplifies navigation, reduces cognitive load, and improves efficiency, providing a more organized and intuitive reading experience.

2. Confirmation of Reading

Trainees are now required to confirm they have read each assigned object by selecting the Read checkbox for each row in the grid. This ensures accountability and allows for effective completion tracking.
