4.1.2. Request to Take a Training

We have introduced a new module to the Training application called Request to Take a Training. This module enables users to submit requests to participate in training programs directly through the application.

Key Features:

1. Request Submission

Users can create and submit a request to participate in a training program.

2. Manager Review & Approval

Once submitted, the request is sent to the assigned manager for review. The manager then determines whether to approve or reject the request.

• If approved, the manager has two options:
  • Assign the requestor to an existing training program if the requested training already exists or its objectives match those of an existing program.
  • Create a new training program to meet the specific request and assign the requestor to it if no suitable existing program is available.
