4.1.3. Training Instance Reminders

We have introduced a new reminder system to streamline task management and ensure timely completion of ongoing trainings. Now, users can easily send reminders using the Training Instance Reminder module.

*To designate specific trainings for reminders, simply select the corresponding Selected for Reminder checkbox in the grid. Selections can be saved by clicking the Save Changes button or simply by clicking outside the grid. To discard selections, click on the Discard Changes button.

To trigger email notifications for the selected trainings, users must click the Send Email Reminder button. For each training, an email is sent to the assigned trainee(s), providing details about the training and a reminder of its impending due date.
