16.1. Create Instance

This module is used purely for trial and demonstration purposes. It allows users to manually create and start an instance of the Training Execution workflow. Users will be guided on how to navigate this workflow throughout the Create Instance portion of this manual.

1. Training Definition: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of applicable training definitions from the Training List. It is a mandatory field.
   

   **The dropdown displays only active and approved training definitions.

2. Start Date: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date of the selected training.
   

   **To begin the training immediately, select the current date.

3. Create: This button allows users to create the training instance.
   • Upon selection, it triggers the assignment of the specified training.
