To fully leverage the capabilities of the Training application, it is necessary to first integrate and synchronize the Digital Business Platform (DBP) with the Enterprise Process Center (EPC).

  • Why is synchronization important?

    • For the training execution workflow to function, a training must be assigned to at least one recipient, which can be a department, role, user, or group. Upon activation, the assigned trainee will automatically receive the training in DBP. However, to ensure they receive it in EPC, synchronization with EPC is necessary.

      • For example, if a training is assigned to a DBP user who is not synchronized with EPC, they will not receive the training in EPC due to unmatched IDs.
  • How to achieve synchronization?

    • Synchronization with EPC is facilitated through the Synchronization with EPC application, which supports bi-directional synchronization.

      • Typically, environments, departments, roles, and users are created in EPC and then moved to DBP through this application.

      • Alternatively, recipients can be created in DBP using the Organization Management [Admin] application and then transferred to EPC using the Synchronization with EPC application.
