This module allows administrators to synchronize environments, departments, users, and/or roles with EPC. It also allows the synchronization of relationships between departments, users, and roles.

  1. Environment: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of environments from EPC. It allows administrators to select the environment from which data will be synchronized with DBP.
  2. Sync All: This button allows administrators to synchronize all data—departments, users, roles, and their relationships—from the selected EPC environment with DBP.
    • Upon selecting this button, a brief processing period will begin, during which the form will undergo updates.
      • The administrator will be kept informed about the progress through a sequence of notifications.
      • After the import is completed, the administrator will receive a notification via the Messages menu, containing a comprehensive summary of the import results.
  3. Tabs: The module includes tabs for navigating and synchronizing individual data categories.
