10. General Dashboard

In the General Dashboard application (located independently on the Home Page), users can access visual representation of user task metrics.

Selecting General Dashboard directs users to the following modules:

• Average Completed Task Duration
• Average Task Duration Per Process
• Count of Completed Tasks Per Month
• Tasks Count Per Application
