July 2018 PA Criminal Complaint Forms
The In-Synch RMS version 4.8.2 software release contains the updated Criminal Complaint forms that go into effect on July 1, 2018. We are currently scheduling Pennsylvania agencies for this update. If your agency is unable to be scheduled prior to July 1, 2018, AOPC has provided fillable .pdf or .doc forms that can be used in the interim. Links provided below:
