LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM – aXcelerate

aXcelerate is the learning management and student management system that SLSQ has customised to meet the needs of Clubs and Services. aXcelerate houses the courses and manages all of the learning programs.

MEMBER JOURNEY WITH KEY PLAYERS
The below diagram indicates the journey of a course for members with a brief overview of tasks each key player is to undertake.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Due to the implementation of a new learning and student management platform, operating procedures have been created for each key player.
These SOP’s can be found here or within the SLSQ App.
In addition to these SOP’s, video tutorials/guides have also been created. A link to these videos are within each ‘Key Player’ section.

SLSQ LMS Helpdesk
This helpdesk has been implemented to provide support specifically for new learning and development platforms.
The hours of the helpdesk will be as follows:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Excluding public holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am – 12:00pm
