HOW TO REQUEST A COURSE FOR YOUR CLUB

Note: If the course does not have a Facilitator, then a separate trainer and assessor must be allocated to the course.

Note: Clubs MUST check that all listed candidates have a valid blue card, are financial members.

SLSQ will not accept enrolments on the day of the course. All candidates are to be enrolled at least 3 days prior to the course to enable adequate time to complete the online theory.

NOTE: Please do not make any changes to the course i.e. start time, dates etc. If you need to change these details please contact your Regional Education Staff or email education@lifesaving.com.au

*Max number of candidates, per course:
CPR, First Aid | 16 candidates
ART and Blended CPR-First Aid-ART | 12 candidates

Registered Members of clubs can book a course through the SLSQ Education Booking site https://lifesaving.com.au/courses or contact your CTO.
