An Endorsed Delegate is:
A registered member who is a minimum of 18 years of age and has been:
- Proposed by club Chief Training Officer (CTO) to conduct inductions for club members for SSV and/or Tractor awards only.
- Endorsed Delegates must be re-endorsed annually and meet the same criteria as listed below each season.
Criteria to meet prior to becoming an endorsed delegate:
- Hold a current relevant driver’s licence – refer to TOM Section 4.9 and 4.10
- Hold the induction for which they seek endorsement.
- Be proposed by the club CTO.
- Have undertaken at least two courses under probation (at least one observing and one delivering a full induction).
Note: this process must be completed for both SSV and Tractor separately and relevant probationary forms completed (link below). - Be listed on the SSV/Tractor Endorsed Delegate Record form that has been signed by the CTO. A permanent record of all paperwork must be stored at your club.
- Be re-endorsed annually if they wish to continue in this role. Please do this by completing Jotform Club Re-endorsement of Endorsed Delegate Jotform. (This Jotform link is also in Section 26.1 – Education Forms).
- Please do not raise a Form 14, this will be done by the SLSQ Member Training Team.
