8.1. ENDORSED DELEGATES – SSV / Tractor

• Probationary SSV-Tractor Endorsed Delegate-Trainer Observation Form

A registered member who is a minimum of 18 years of age and has been:

• Proposed by club Chief Training Officer (CTO) to conduct inductions for club members for SSV and/or Tractor awards only.
• Endorsed Delegates must be re-endorsed annually and meet the same criteria as listed below each season.
  

Criteria to meet prior to becoming an endorsed delegate:

1. Hold a current relevant driver’s licence – refer to TOM Section 4.7 and 4.8
2. Hold the induction for which they seek endorsement
3. Be proposed by the club CTO
4. Have undertaken at least two courses under probation (at least one observing and one delivering a full induction) Note: this process must be completed for both SSV and tractor separately and relevant probationary forms completed
5. Club to raise a Form 14 for the requested Endorsed Delegate award (Endorsed Delegate – QLD SSV Operator / Endorsed Delegate – QLD Tractor Induction) submitted to branch along with minimum 2 probationary forms and the completed Endorsed Delegate Record.
6. Be listed on the SSV/Tractor Endorsed Delegate Record form that has been signed by the CTO and a copy of this form is forwarded to the relevant branch to allocate the award. A permanent record of all paperwork must be stored at your club.
7. Be re-endorsed annually if they wish to continue in this role

Instructions:

1. The CTO is to list the proposed delegate’s full name and mark them for the appropriate awards they are to be endorsed for and indicate if new or renewing.
2. A member of the club executive committee must then co-sign the form to endorse or reject the proposed delegates.
3. A copy of the completed Endorsed Delegate Record, probationary forms (where relevant) and the Form 14 (award for new and proficiency for renewing members) are to then be forwarded to your Branch office for processing.
   # A permanent record of all paperwork must be stored at your club.
   

Annual re-endorsement is required.
