What is the CIR?
The Continuous Improvement Register is a central place for all staff, trainers, assessors, and stakeholders to submit feedback, suggestions, issues, or improvements related to our training and assessment services.

What to Submit ?
You can use the CIR to log:

  • Training or assessment delivery issues
  • Suggestions for improving course content or structure
  • Feedback from learners or industry partners
  • Non-compliances or risks you’ve identified
  • Resource or facility concerns
  • Ideas to enhance student experience or outcomes
