What is the CIR?
The Continuous Improvement Register is a central place for all staff, trainers, assessors, and stakeholders to submit feedback, suggestions, issues, or improvements related to our training and assessment services.
What to Submit ?
You can use the CIR to log:
- Training or assessment delivery issues
- Suggestions for improving course content or structure
- Feedback from learners or industry partners
- Non-compliances or risks you’ve identified
- Resource or facility concerns
- Ideas to enhance student experience or outcomes
