Location information can be exported from Reel-Scout™ RS Studio into an Excel spreadsheet for use in other applications. This capability allows for greater flexibility in producing reports and analyzing options with a client.
1. Export Locations Data
To export your search results into an Excel spreadsheet, click the Export to Excel Worksheet (.xls) on the right-hand side of your screen.
A dialog box will appear that will allow you to: (1) export result set from location search; (1b) export result set by production; (2) export all locations; or (2b) export all locations by production. Click on your desired selection to begin the download.
Once the file is exported/downloaded, click CLOSE to close the pop-up box.
2. Excel Data
When the file is opened in Excel, data will appear in pre-defined columns mirror the location information found in Reel-Scout™ RS Studio.
