Contract Certainty is a UK insurance market code of practice, it is achieved when the complete and final agreement of all terms and conditions, including signed lines, has been completely finalised between the Insured and the Insurer, as more fully described in Section 4.2.

This includes the policy wording and all endorsements and all the relevant aspects of the Market Reform Contract.
