If at any time a Client or any third party makes any verbal or written allegation of negligence or threatens to make an allegation of negligence against PSC or it’s Employees, it must be immediately reported in writing to Very Senior Personnel (as applicable to your business), the Chief Executive Officer (as applicable to your business) or the Head of Compliance. No comments or commitments (other than to acknowledge receipt) should be made.
If at any time it becomes known that a situation or circumstance has occurred that may give rise to a claim being made against PSC or it’s Employees, it must be reported to your Very Senior Personnel (as applicable to your business), the Chief Executive Officer (as applicable to your business) or the Head of Compliance without delay.
Very Senior Personnel, the Chief Executive Officer or the Head of Compliance will conduct a review of such issues and will discuss the matter with the appropriate individuals who may be able to assist and will decide if the issue can be managed within PSC or whether notice should be given to PSC’s Professional Indemnity insurers and/or the CBI.
