It is the responsibility of Account Executives to maintain a list of their Direct Insureds, but not reinsurance, and to write to them two months before the renewal date inviting them to appoint PSC to negotiate and manage their renewal.
If the Insured does not reply the Account Executive must make every reasonable effort to make contact with the Insured to establish PSC’s responsibility, if any, in good time for the renewal.
This does not apply to wholesale business as it is the responsibility of the Agent / Producer to contact Insureds for renewal instructions.
If PSC decides that it does not wish to handle any renewal the Client must be advised in good time and certainly no less than a month before the renewal date.
