6.21 Third Parties

Only the Compliance team can approve Third Parties.

To approve a new Third Party the Compliance team will need to know the full legal name and address of the Third Party and why they have to be appointed as a Third Party and in which country the payment(s) is/are going to be made.

*For new Third Parties please complete the appropriate New Business Relationship Application in Appendix 9.

The Third Party Payment Form must be completed before any agreements are made to pay any Third Party however this does not apply to Third Parties appointed by Insurers.
