6.8 Underwriting Agents, Managing General Agents and Brokers with Binding Authorities/Facilities and Lloyd’s Service Companies

Only Underwriting Agents, Managing General Agents, Brokers with Binding Authorities/Facilities and Lloyd’s Service Companies that are shown in PSC’s approved list may be used even if such organisations use or underwrite for Insurers that are on PSC’s approved security list.

*For new Underwriting Agents please complete the appropriate New Business Relationship Application in Appendix 9.

We must establish in writing the full and legal names of the Insurers that will be the Insurers on each risk. It is not acceptable to only quote the name of the Underwriting Agent when indicating the terms of the coverage to the Client.

Only Lloyd’s Service Companies which are owned by Lloyd’s Managing Agents and with whom PSC has signed a TOBA can be used.
