Insurers (and PSC on Binder business) must provide Consumers (where appropriate) with a schedule of all premiums (including mid-term adjustments) and claims paid (including third party claims) for the preceding 5 years. This data should be provided when issuing renewal notices.

‘Where appropriate’ refers to Consumers who have transferred between multiple Insurers over the previous five years, only premium and claims data from the incumbent Insurer needs to be included within the renewal notice, PSC is not expected to seek this information from other Insurers.
