4.2.5. Form Behavior – Enhanced Template Customization

We have added two new fields to the Form Behavior Properties window, providing users with more customization options for their template files.

1. Word Template for Notification: This field allows users to attach a specific template for email notifications associated with the form.
   • Similar to attaching the main template, users can upload this template file in different languages through the Word Template Editor window.
     

     **Please note that while the downloaded template file can be either a Word or PDF document, the uploaded template file must be in Word format.

2. File Name Info Template: This field allows users to customize the name of the template file used in email notifications or when pushing data to EPC.
   • This customization is done by creating data items, which dynamically incorporate form details into the file name using form attributes.
     

     **Data items act as placeholders for form information such as titles, dates, and IDs. For example, users can create a data item for a Quality Event ID, resulting in file names like ‘Quality Event Report – $Quality Event ID’.
