Images and Attachments

*Images can be added into four main areas of the survey report.

• On the Cover Page. See that section for more details HERE.
  

• In the body of the report.
  

• In the Findings & Recommendations section of the report.
  

• In the Photos Appendix section at the back of the report.
  

We use the camera icon in each of these sections to identify image attachments.
The paperclip icon denotes other file attachments.

*Keep in mind that file attachments added within the report are for the surveyor’s use only and cannot publish in the PDF report.

Clicking either of the attachment icons will open the Attachment Manager (also accessible using the View and Manage headings).

If the images are stored on a different computer or device, consider logging into InspectX from that device and importing the same way (see Networking).
