AI with InspectX!
This video demonstrates how to use InspectX’s AI tools to edit large portions of your survey report in bulk.
To access batch editing, open the AI menu from the top-right of your selected project, any category’s right-click menu, or within a topic menu. The batch action will apply only to the area from which the AI menu is launched.
You can choose from three modes:
Rewrite – Enhances clarity and tone.
Correct Grammar & Spelling – Fixes language issues without altering meaning.
Restore – Reverts entries to their original, pre-AI version.
Select which sections you want to modify (e.g., Water Filtration System), and whether to apply changes to completed, in-progress, or both types of entries.
Then, use the checkboxes to target specific parts of your entries—Descriptions, Findings, and/or Recommendations—for precise control over the AI’s adjustments.
