Show CAD-point with distance control

The Show CAD-point with distance control function uses Flexijet 3D to automatically project a point and start displaying the distance from the point to the plane. In conjunction with a sound that helps you recognize if you are lower or higher on the plane, any adjustments can be made.

To use the Show CAD-point with distance control function:

• From the Flexijet tab, click on the Show CAD-point with distance control function from the Show CAD-point (perpendicular) icon.
• A plane must be active to use this function. You can set a new plane at the center of the surface or use one that already exists.
  
• Now, click or tap on the point of your drawing where you would like Flexijet to point.
  
• Now, the Flexijet will aim at the selected CAD point. Then FlexiCAD will give audible feedback and will display the distance on the command window. Adjust the surface until the desired level is reached.
