Ellipse

With the Ellipse command, an ellipse is created with a centre point, an endpoint and the length of the second axis.

With the Standard English Keyboard shortcuts loaded, the shortcut for this is ‘el’.

To draw/measure an ellipse:

1. First, measure, tap, or click the centre point (location where the middle should be placed)
2. Next measure, enter, or click the endpoint of the first axis
3. Then measure, enter, or click the endpoint of the second axis
4. After all points have been measured/entered, the ellipse appears:
