The ActiveControl workflow consists of Inbox, Test Queue and Outbox control points where an approver(s) is responsible for approving the SAP change / transports. Until this approval is done, the transports won’t move forward in the transport path. These Inbox, Test Queue and Outbox control points are completely configurable, depending on an SAP customer’s approval requirements.

*Inbox and Outbox approvers are maintained by Administrators and are typically driven by configuration. Test Queue testers on the other hand, are typically governed by assignments on individual Business Tasks.
!Within the Web Platform, it is possible for your local ActiveControl Administrators to create labels for the Inboxes, Outboxes and Test Queues to rename the standard terminology into your own organisational process. Therefore the control points might be called something else within your own organisations implementation of ActiveControl.
