In the event of a Return Code 8 (RC8) import error, an automated email notification will likely be send to the Transport Owner.

RC4s will not result in an error or notification within ActiveControl. RC12s will result in a System Error.

Depending on your implementation of ActiveControl, when an RC8 happens the Transport Form may also remain in the Import Queue (and hold up the import of subsequent transports). This will be indicated by a red exclamation mark against the Import Queue in the Global View, and an Import Status of Imported (8) against the Transport.

In the event of the Transport Form remaining in the Import Queue, it is necessary for an authorised user to Reset AC Import Status.
