It is possible to Delete a Transport Form within ActiveControl. Two types of Deletion are possible:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Permanent Deletion | This deletes a Transport Form completely from ActiveControl, including all audit history about the Transport Form. This is generally not recommended by Basis Technologies for ongoing reasons of Audit and Governance. |
| Delete from Control Point | This deletes the Transport Form from its current location, but not from any other locations it may also be sitting in (in a branched path setup). If the Transport Form is only sitting in one location at the time of Transport Form deletion, it will disappear off the end of the path and the status of the Transport Form will become “Deployment Completed”. |
Deletion is performed by authorised users via the Delete Transport Form option available via the ‘Three Dots’ dropdown in an individual Transport Form.
