It is possible to leave Comments at a Business Task level, to facilitate easier collaboration between stakeholders on a particular SAP change.
Comments are added by authorised users via the Comments tab on the Business Task. It is possible to post comments to the Business Task, and also to post comments to individual users (so they receive an automated email notification, and to post comments to a specific User Role (so all users assigned to that User Role automatically receive an email notification).
