Along with the main General screen, the following subscreens are seen on the Transport Form screen:

| General | Core standard ActiveControl Transport Form fields, plus any custom fields configured by the customer. |
| Custom Tabs | (optional) Any custom tabs configured by the customer (to show custom fields not on the General screen). |
| Transport Details | Read-only screen indicating some important SAP-level information relating to the SAP Transport and its underlying SAP Tasks (and object/key contents). |
| Status & History | Read-only screen giving some key information relating to current Status and historical events on the Transport Form. |
| Transport Logs | Read-only screen providing SAP-level log information relating to the SAP Transport. |
| Advanced Options | Optional capabilities to set Transport Dependencies and/or change the default Unconditional Modes (UModes) on the Transport. |
| Business Tasks | Screen where you can add/remove Business Task(s) from a Transport Form. |
| Attachments | (optional) Screen for customers wanting to attach/link documentation at Transport level within ActiveControl. |
| Manual Steps | Optional capability to define non-transportable manual steps that might need to be performed before or after a particular Transport is deployed to an SAP system. |
