Business Tasks

The ActiveControl Web Platform presents Business Task information on the Transport Form in two new ways:

(1) the Business Task information (Reference and Subject) is shown read-only as part of Transport Form header section.
(2) All Business Tasks are visible (and added/removed via a new [Business Task] subscreen.

*It is generally not recommended by Basis Technologies that a Transport Form be linked to more than one Business Task, other than in the situations where it is part of the process (eg Consolidated Merge, Production TOCs etc). If a Transport Form has been linked to more than one Business Task, then the first Business Task is shown in the Header information – and all of the Business Tasks can be seen in the subscreen

! It is not possible to create a new Business Task from within the Transport Form screen. From within the Web Platform, Business Tasks can only be created via the Business Task app tile.
