Basis Technologies-led Upgrade

Basis Technologies strongly recommend that an ActiveControl upgrade is performed with assistance from one of our Solution Specialist. This not only ensures that the benefits of the newer functionality can be more efficiently reaped, it also helps ensure that any teething issues and questions encountered during the upgrade process can be addressed in a more timely fashion since we are directly involved in the upgrade process.

Customer Self-Upgrade

Customer can opt to self-upgrade without assistance from a Basis Technologies’ Solution Specialist. However, if a customer self-upgrade causes any issues to the existing ActiveControl configuration or ongoing usage of the tool, then any Basis Technologies corrective actions will be chargeable.
