Projects within ActiveControl are used to define a logical grouping of Business Tasks. Projects are typically used at most ActiveControl customers to group together Releases, Upgrade Projects, SAP Projects. Defining and using projects give you further control of change management reporting through ActiveControl

Projects are maintained by authorised users in the Windows GUI or Web UI.

Projects that are no longer required or finished can be marked as inactive so they no longer appear in the Business Task creation process.
