Scheduling
1. Review the scheduling video at https://www.accupointmed.com/schedulingtraining.php
2. Learn how to schedule clients with your employees for sessions in AccuPoint
3. Learn how your staff will use the mobile site
4. Begin formulating and sending us your note templates so we can import them into the system
5. Schedule one service date per payor that has not been billed by any other means for a session performed by staff. These shifts will be used during your billing implementation training.
Prebilling review
6. Work with AccuPoint staff to review your sites readiness to enter test billing

Practice Assignment: Before your Scheduling/Mobile Site Review

1. Add a single shift for one client for each funding source
2. Create a future, recurring, schedule for each of the above clients by using the base schedule feature.
3. Complete one shift per funding source that has not and will not be billed through another system that will be live billed to an insurance company during your billing implementation training to test the billing configuration that is in your site.
4. Log in using a mobile device and explore the mobile site your staff will be using. Create and complete one shift on the mobile site.
