Calendar update is a tool that you can use to make mass edits to calendar sessions

  1. To access Calendar Update, click on the “Calendar Update” link located on the left-hand side of your dashboard under the “Scheduling” heading
  2. Select the appropriate filters and date range that you want to run the “Calendar Update” for and press “Update View” – this will generate a list of calendar items
  3. From there, you can do the following
    1. Edit Sessions
      1. Click on the “Edit Mode” button located at the bottom of the page
      2. Make the appropriate changes (employee, service, time/date etc.)
      3. Scroll down and press “Save and Exit”
    2. Mark sessions as complete
      1. You can mark multiple sessions as “Complete” by pressing the “Check Billable” checkbox (you can individually select each item by checking the “Complete” check box).
      2. Scroll down and press the “Mark Complete” button
    3. Cancel sessions
      1. Scroll down and press “Enable Cancelling”
      2. You can cancel multiple sessions by checking the “Cancel” checkbox for each item or you can select all sessions for a given period through the “Select All” checkbox at the top of the report
      3. Scroll down and select a cancellation reason
      4. Press “Cancel Selected”
